Severe thunderstorms moved through the far East Valley of Phoenix on August 21st, producing heavy rain and strong winds.
The timelapse above is from the border of Apache Junction and Gold Canyon, looking toward the north-northeast. The power went out as the main storm hit the camera but froze on a nice double rainbow.
